We want you to be completely satisfied with your Mark Maggiori purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit for your home, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, pristine condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective layers are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our studio inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
